Buffalo Cole Slaw

Add a little fun and spice to your Cole slaw with this Buffalo Cole Slaw recipe. It has the traditional Buffalo flavors blended with packaged Cole Slaw mix so it is super easy to make too and is low carb and Keto friendly too.

Buffalo Coleslaw Recipe 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I used this one) 1/4 cup mild hot sauce (I used this one) 1-1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar (I used this one) 1/4 tsp. unrefined sea salt or to taste (I used this one) Pinch stevia or other sweetener 1 (14 oz.) pkg. shredded Cole slaw blend 1-1/2 ribs celery, chopped 1 green onion, chopped 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese, divided 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt and stevia. Add the Cole slaw mix, celery, onion and all but 1 tablespoon blue cheese; mix gently to coat. Put into a serving bowl, sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon blue cheese and serve. Servings: 8 Yield: 4 cups Nutrition Facts Serving size: 1/8 of a recipe (4.4 ounces).
