Buffalo Coleslaw Recipe
1/4 cup mayonnaise (I used this one) 1/4 cup mild hot sauce (I used this one) 1-1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar (I used this one) 1/4 tsp. unrefined sea salt or to taste (I used this one) Pinch stevia or other sweetener 1 (14 oz.) pkg. shredded Cole slaw blend 1-1/2 ribs celery, chopped 1 green onion, chopped 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese, divided
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt and stevia. Add the Cole slaw mix, celery, onion and all but 1 tablespoon blue cheese; mix gently to coat. Put into a serving bowl, sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon blue cheese and serve.
