Nicoise Style Salad

Nicoise Style Salad 3 cups baby spinach leaves 10 fresh green beans, cut into bite-size pieces (blanched if desired) 16 tiny or 8 large grape tomatoes, halved if large 3 large red radishes, cut into small wedges 2 hard cooked eggs, quartered 1 (4.5 oz.) can tuna, drained 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Dressing 1/4 cup bottled oil & vinegar salad dressing (I used Newman's Own Organic Oil & Vinegar Dressing) 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves 2 tsp. lemon juice 1. On each of two dinner plates, arrange half of each salad ingredient in order given. 2. In a small covered jar, combine dressing ingredients, cover and shake to blend. Pour equally over each salad.
