Bulletproof Pumpkin Pie Butter Steamer
12 tbsp. Bulletproof Pumpkin Pie Butter (recipe below) 4 cups hot water 4 tbsp. full fat canned coconut milk* (I use this brand) Ground cinnamon for garnish, optional
Bulletproof Pumpkin Pie Butter 3 tbsp. melted coconut oil (I use this brand) 3 tbsp. butter, grass-fed is best 6 tbsp. solid-pack pumpkin 5 tsp. Pyure granulated sweetener or other granulated sweetener equivalent to 10 teaspoons sugar 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1. In a blender container, combine all ingredients; blend on a medium speed until well mixed and foamy. Sprinkle top with ground cinnamon, if desired. For one serving: use 1 cup hot water, 3 tablespoons. pumpkin pie butter mixture and 1 tablespoon coconut milk. Reheat, if desired.
2. *If desired, for a less rich drink, substitute an additional 1/4 cup water for the 1/4 cup coconut milk or use your choice of unsweetened non-dairy or dairy milk.
