
Coconut-Maple Dessert Sauce
This versatile sauce adds a spark of class to a simple pound cake, fruit crisp, French toast or a bowl of fresh fruit. It is grain free, sugar free and can easily be made vegan too. You can also change this to fit your personal tastes; not thrilled with the taste of cardamom use a bit of nutmeg or ginger instead. Grated orange peel would be delicious added to it also.
